refund terms.
Please read these policies before booking. They apply to all behind-the-wheel and online courses. Questions? Call us at (714) 646-7408.
Certificates
Certificates are issued one per student. Replacement certificates are subject to a $50 fee and will be issued with a new registration number.
Behind-the-wheel cancellations
Cancellations must occur during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Saturday, Sunday, or Monday appointments: notify the office by Thursday before 5pm.
- Tuesday through Friday appointments: 24-hour notice required.
This applies even due to sickness or weather conditions. All lessons are cancelled if weather is deemed undrivable.
Last-minute cancellation fee
The last-minute cancellation fee is $65. This fee must be paid before any future lessons can be rescheduled.
No-shows
No-shows forfeit the prepaid service. The lesson is considered used.
Refunds
No refunds are issued after 60 days of placing an order. All refunds are subject to a $50 refund processing fee.
Package expiration
All behind-the-wheel training packages expire effective one year from the start date. Online Driver's Ed courses expire 12 months from start date. Permit extensions are available.
Reactivations
Any reactivations are $50 in addition to the price difference between the original and current package.
After the expiration date, the account is deactivated.
